Stube Group was founded in 2004 by Patrick Widjaja, inspired by his years living in Germany. Immersed in the warmth of German hospitality, he developed a deep love for its comforting home-cooked meals, rich culinary traditions, and vibrant beer culture. When he returned to Indonesia for good, he longed for the familiar flavors of crispy pork knuckle, bratwurst, schnitzel, and freshly poured pints.

To bring that experience to life, he opened Die Stube - Kemang, a restaurant dedicated to authentic German cuisine, where guests could gather over hearty meals and feel at home. Over the years, Stube Group has expanded to three unique outlets, each offering a distinct experience while staying true to its German roots.

At Stube Group, we believe food is more than just a meal, it’s an experience. Our mission is to bring people together through authentic German flavors, exceptional service, and a true sense of community.
